REHIT - REHIT Response

MISC - Food Manager Certification Class

** GOVPAY WILL ASK YOU FOR AN INVOICE # and FACILITY # **

If you do not have one, or do not know your Invoice # or Facility #, please put something in those boxes to match your payment to your application or paperwork (i.e. your food booth name, your site address, the location of your drilling location, etc.)

**Please note that GovPay charges their own fee of 3 - 5% that goes directly to them. This amount is disclosed by them prior to you submitting your payment**
