Notice: Digital Transition of Land Use and Consumer Protection Program Files
The Land Use and Consumer Protection Programs are currently in the process of digitizing all files. During this transition, some delays in service may occur.
All new applications must now be submitted digitally. If a paper application is received, it will be scanned by office staff, which may result in additional delays.

Notice: Septic System Construction Permits Renewals
Please be advised that Environmental Health will no longer issue annual septic system renewal notices for construction permits.
It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure that their septic system permit remains current and in good standing.
If you have questions regarding your permit status, please contact our office for assistance.

Environmental Health accepts credit card and debit card payments online.
If you do not have a Facility # and Invoice #, please put your name or the address in question in those boxes so we can match your application to your payment.
We also accept credit/debit card payments in the office at 860 N Bush Street in Ukiah, OR 752 Franklin Street in Fort Bragg.
