The Mendocino County Parks, operated and maintained by the County’s Facilities and Fleet Division, includes six parks and three public access areas cared for by dedicated maintenance and groundskeeping staff. Each park has its own unique “personality,” highlighting a different aspect of Mendocino County’s rich natural resources. This website introduces the features and attractions of each park and helps you make the most of your county parks system.

Parks Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The parks themselves are open from sun-up to sun-down

Group Picnic Area Reservations

Group Picnic Area reservations are available at several County parks for parties, picnics, receptions, and other events. 

Facilities staff handle reservations for: Low Gap, Mill Creek, Bower and Redwood Valley Lions Club parks.
