Proposed Mendocino County Twenty-Year Corrective Maintenance Plan: We believe using a combination of Corrective Maintenance and Pavement Preservation techniques we will be able to meet our goal of improving our main roads over a twenty-year period. Corrective Maintenance includes resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation projects. Pavement Preservation includes chip seals, rubberized chip seal micro surface, and multi-layer application of all types.
