Committee Scheduling Overview

On the selected meeting date, committee meetings will commence at the time listed on the published agenda, and will be scheduled sequentially dependent upon the number of committees scheduled to meet.

*NOTE:  All schedules are subject to revision throughout the year; committees may not meet every month.

Committee Resource Information

• Committees shall only study matters referred by the entire Board via a Board action/directive. (See Rules of Procedure Nos. 29 and 30 – Standing Committees).
• Committee agendas are published on the Thursday prior to each meeting. Departments wishing inclusion of materials should submit such two weeks prior to agenda publication.
• Agenda distribution includes Committee members, Executive Office, County Counsel, affected Departments, as well as those members of the public requesting inclusion.
• Committee meetings are held at the County Administrative Center unless otherwise stated.
