Categorical Exclusion Order No. E-91-2-A allows the County of Mendocino to exclude the initial development of a single family residence from the standard Coastal Development Permit process, if the proposed residence falls within a mapped exclusion area and certain criteria are met.  The maps below show the exclusion areas.  Additional and associated development may still require a Coastal Development Permit.  Please contact the Mendocino County Planning Department's Fort Bragg office at 707-964-5379 for more information.
