In 2024, the County of Mendocino officially received the Blue Zones Approved Worksite status, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to fostering a healthier, happier work community.  By partnering with the Blue Zones Project, Mendocino County Working On Wellness (MCWOW) gains additional tools and insights into holistic well-being, as we strive to become an organization that has a culture of wellness, empowering our public servants to thrive -- both at work and beyond.
