Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care

Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC)

The Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care (MCHSCoC) plans and supports a coordinated and strategic approach to meet the specific needs of people who are experiencing homelessness in Mendocino County as they move to stable housing and maximum self-sufficiency, including action steps to end homelessness and to prevent a return to homelessness.

The MCHSCoC brings together a broad spectrum of participants and stakeholders to address all aspects of homelessness and the unique needs of all persons experiencing homelessness, regardless of disability, illness, or status. In setting goals and action steps, the MCHSCoC works collaboratively to incorporate the perspective of direct service providers, advocates, and individuals currently or formerly experiencing homelessness.

The MCHSCoC Governing Board is governed by the Ralph M. Brown Act, and as such all meetings are open to the public for attendance and comment. Meetings are held in Ukiah and are also available via Zoom and YouTube.  For information on how to access meetings, policy documents, and additional resources, please visit the Mendocino County Homeless Services Continuum of Care website
