Notice - Tax Auction

While there is no tentative date for the next auction, research and prerequisite steps are underway.

Impending Power to Sell notices for recently defaulted parcels were mailed February 28, 2025.

If these parcels are not redeemed or have a payment plan initiated by June 30, 2025, Power to Sell documents will be recorded July 1, 2025 and they will be eligible for sale.

Additional auction details and default properties will be brought forward as soon as soon as possible.

Excess Proceeds Information:

Excess Proceeds Forms and Instructions will be released in conjunction with our next scheduled auction.

Prior Public Auction Results

Due to the impacts from COVID-19 pandemic, as well as other issues severely impacting staffing resources, the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office did not conduct a public auction in the calendar year 2020 or 2021.
