Biometric Health Screenings
FREE Onsite Biometric Health Screening Assessments are offered to employees on the County health plan AND their covered spouse/domestic partner during the months of May through September. Wellness services are completely confidential and individual information is not shared with County departments or the health insurance plans.

The screenings are quick and convenient, taking just about 20 minutes, and they are OK for County time. A simple fingerstick provides results for key health indicators, including:

Flu Shot Clinics
MCWOW offers Free Flu Shot Clinics for employees on the County health plan AND their covered spouse/domestic partners. By getting your flu shot, you’ll not only protect yourself and those around you, but you’ll also earn 2,000 Incentive Points in the 2026 Wellness Incentive Program!
If you can't attend a MCWOW flu shot clinic, flu shots are covered by the County Health Plan at your local pharmacy or through walk-in clinics at Public Health.
No matter where you get your flu shot, remember to self-attest once you've received it. Simply complete the self-attestation form, and your 2,000 Incentive Points will be automatically credited to your Personify Health account.
