How do I search the Provider Directory?

  1. Select the Service, from the drop down menu
  2. Select the City, from the drop down menu
  3. Select the Language, from the drop down menu
  4. Click on the Handicapped Accessible (ADA Compliant) check box, as needed
  5. Click on the Telecommunication Device for the Deaf check box, as needed
  6. Select the Distance from Public Transportation, from the drop down menu
  7. Click on the Search button
  8. Click on the Reset button to reset the tool for addition searches.

How do I report an issue?

The online Provider Directory is updated no later than 30 calendar days after County receives updated provider information. If you notice an error, please email EHR@mendocinocounty.gov with your first and last name and phone number so we can follow up if needed. You may also call us at (707) 472-2328.
