Planning & Building Services will be conducting all public hearings and meetings in person and via telemeeting software. Public engagement is encouraged. If the public wishes to speak during public comment, they may do so in person or by calling in to the Zoom meeting. Please be sure to fill out whether you are speaking under "Matters from the Public" or on a specific agenda item (and which item that is). Please also specify at which Hearing Body or meeting you wish to speak.

 

You will receive instruction on how to call into the meeting after your form has been reviewed.
