We are committed to building a culture of leadership at every level of our organization. Employees can engage in various initiatives, including a Leadership Book Club, interdepartmental project teams focused on communication, employee engagement, policy and customer service, as well as a comprehensive 9-course Leadership Academy. Supervisors and managers are required to participate, but all employees are encouraged to join for certification. Additionally, our Management Roundtable offers a dedicated space for Middle Managers to discuss leadership principles and tackle the unique challenges they face.
