This virtual training module supports people and organizations in managing expectations for success and provides tools and resources for navigating conflict within individuals, groups of people, and organizations. HOW TO CREATE SUSTAINABLE CHANGEJune 4th, 2025 | 2:00-4:00pm High performing organizations focus not only on the makeup of their workforce but also on how that workforce reflects a culture of fairness and shared opportunity. This virtual training module will discuss effective ways in which organizations may become more welcoming and equitable through integrating these principles into every business unit of the organization. Valuing Differences

It involves identifying and removing obstacles that have historically prevented certain groups from fully participating. Fairness focuses on providing access to the resources that allow individuals to meet their essential needs, improve their well-being, and achieve their potential. It means making sure everyone has the same opportunities, not necessarily the same outcomes.
Creating Welcoming Spaces
Belonging is about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported to fully engage and participate. It involves recognizing and respecting the differences in individuals while fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect in both words and actions. A space where belonging thrives is one where everyone feels they have a place, and all people are embraced for their unique qualities while acknowledging our shared humanity.
