The Cannabis Division issued several Phase One Cannabis Cultivation Business Licenses (“CCBL”) along with a Compliance Plan. The Compliance Plan identifies any site-specific violation(s), may suggest corresponding remedial action(s) to address them, specifies the required permit(s) based on the uses outlined in the CCBL application, and includes timelines for achieving code compliance or submitting completed applications for each required permit. As a reminder, CCBL holders are expected to comply with all restrictions outlined in the plan and complete all necessary corrective actions within the established timelines.

Modification of Compliance Plan

Compliance Plans cannot be modified; however, individual terms within a plan may be addressed by submitting a CCBL modification application through Accela. This action can serve as a demonstration of good faith and/or resolve the outstanding violation. CCBL modifications are subject to the current Division fee schedule.

If the modification application is approved, you will need to work with the Building Division to ensure your site is in compliance.
