The Mendocino County Employees Retirement Association (MCERA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Consulting Actuary services.

Questions about this RFP must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. January 23, 2026 to Doris Rentschler, Executive Director, by email to Doris.Rentschler@mendocinocounty.gov. Responses to questions will be posted to MCERA’s website by 5:00 p.m. January 30, 2026.

Those who wish to be considered must submit their completed proposal by February 20, 2026. Specific instructions for proposal submission are contained in the Proposal Requirements of this RFP.
