Project Summary

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the Mendocino County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) to secure the services of a qualified consultant to provide construction management, inspection, labor compliance, and material testing services to assist MCDOT in the construction oversight of the Lambert Lane over Robinson Creek Bridge Replacement Project.

Submission Information

Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal: three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.  The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 250012”, and delivered by 3:00 p.m. April 10, 2025 to:

Late or facsimile proposals will not be accepted.  It is the proposer’s responsibility to assure that its proposal is delivered and received at the location specified herein, on or before the date and hour set.  Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered.  Note:  The unauthorized use of the County’s official logo is strictly prohibited.

Cost Proposals will only be requested from the Vendor selected by the County, and should utilize the Cost Proposal Template linked above.

Payment Information:

Some projects out to bid have bid books and plans that can be purchased through our DOT office at 340 Lake Mendocino Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482.

For more information, click on the title of the project in the table above. Individual projects have specific pricing for bid documents.  Check the project link to find the correct cost for the project bid documents you want.

Accepted forms of payment include: company check, money order, exact amount in cash, or credit card (service fees apply).  Please make check or money orders payable to County of Mendocino.

To use a credit card, please use our AllPaid system. 

PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Shipping of bid books is not included in the price of the bid book. Please contact our office at (707) 463-4363 to provide your FedEx or UPS Shipping information.
