County of Mendocino to Host East Hills Ukiah Evacuation Route Project Update - Public Meeting February 26, 2026

The County of Mendocino, in coordination with BKF Engineers, will host a public meeting to provide an update on the East Hills Ukiah Evacuation Route Project.

The East Hills Ukiah Evacuation Route Project proposes a secondary evacuation route east of the Ukiah East Hills communities, including Deerwood Estates, El Dorado Estates, Vichy Springs, and the Guidiville Rancheria. The project is currently in the Draft Initial Study phase, evaluating the proposed route alignment in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to ensure public safety and environmental protection.
