GADGETS GALORE! June & July 2023 

This Summer, join us for special editions of History Makers! inspired by our exhibit Gadgets Galore!

Create and explore every Wednesday from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Program attendance is free with the cost of admission. Enjoy free admission on Wednesdays when you show your Mendocino County Library Card at the Museum.

History Makers Programs June - July 2023:

Story Time & Tinker Tables: June 7, June 14, July 5, & July 19
This story filled program is especially designed for ages 3 - 7. Listen to stories read aloud by staff. Afterwards explore and play at the Gadgets Galore! tinker tables, enjoy matching games, and get mixing in our vintage kitchen. Stories will be read at 1:30.

Off the Grid! DIY Gadgets & Crafts: June 21, June 28, July 12, & July 26

This hands-on STEAM based program will encourage and challenge young inventive minds! Each program will offer participants the opportunity to build with Grid-beam and will also feature a special DIY activity. This program is ideal for children ages 7 – 12

History Makers! explores historical themes through stories and hands-on activities; be sure to check back as themes and activities change regularly. Gadgets Galore! is a traveling show from Exhibit Envoy and will be showing at the Mendocino County Museum through August 13, 2023.
