In light of recent news regarding local transmission (“community spread”) of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Northern California, Mendocino County Public Health is working daily to proactively prepare for possible cases in our community in the near future. Mendocino County has ZERO cases of COVID-19. Testing in the County has been ramping up for one week since commercial testing became available to clinics and hospitals. We continue to closely monitor any high risk individuals for COVID-19 who are reported to the Public Health Division.
